Look at the image. Tranquil, isn’t it? Perfect even. So often that is the case in nature but not always in our own lives. Sometimes we can feel anxious, stressed, depressed or even angry. We can lack confidence and wish we were someone very different to the person we are now.
Just like this picture all babies are born perfect. Any limiting beliefs, undesirable feelings or behaviours, together with any negative blocks, have been all acquired or learned along the way. So many of us wish we could abolish them and revert to our original imprint.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) helps you achieve precisely that. Together we get to the root cause of any unresolved patterns, issues, behaviours, blockages or beliefs and deal with them by installing new, positive and permanent changes.

"For 15 years I was in high-pressure IT Sales and Management roles, focused on achieving quarterly business targets. While I loved the fast-pace and cameraderie, I also realized that it was not a role that was ultimately compatible with raising a family. Since then I've been teaching Pilates for the last few years. The focus on physical well being was a natural springboard for me to want to help people with mental wellbeing. Being able to help people manage PTSD, shed unwanted weight, sleep well, quit drugs or alcohol, increase motivation and drive - these are all things where RTT can help us reach our potential . I am grateful to be able to have gained the tools to really help people. I seem to be spending a lot of time with teens and children with anxiety and phobias and people with PTSD. I don't like like to say I specialize in these areas - as I also treat women with weight issues, low self esteem, sleep disorders and anxiety, I am however so saddened to recognize how children and teens seem to be living with far more pressure and worry. PTSD is finally recognized as a mental disorder needing specialist support for the sufferer and family. We humankind are a complex bunch, sometimes we just need a little help getting through a certain point in life or more regular uplifts. This therapy can be delivered online or face to face via Zoom, so there is nowhere in the world we can't reach.

Always interested in all aspects of wellbeing and most importantly in mental health Mariola enrolled to study RTT leading to the formation of Wellness Windsor.

Wellness Windsor was founded by Clare and Mariola with the aim of delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions to unleash your potential and make you feel positive, physically and emotionally. Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through Hypnotherapy, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Weight issues and addictions
Major life events can cause you to use food, drugs and alcohol as a shield to protect or cover much deeper issues.
When a weight issue or eating disorder occurs it is, more often than not, because the person affected does not eat to satisfy physical hunger but to suppress or soothe negative emotions such as stress, anger, sadness and loneliness.
RTT helps to reveal the origin of those patterns, understand them in detail and install relevant tools to move on to a healthier lifestyle.
Confidence and Self Esteem
All of us are born with a degree of confidence however somewhere along the path, through circumstances frequently acquired during childhood, our self-love, confidence and self-esteem can often diminish.

Trauma & PTSD

Rules of the subconscious mind
There are 3 simple rules of the mind:
1. Your mind does exactly what it thinks you want it to do and what it absolutely believes is in your very best interest.
2. You survive on this planet by avoiding pain.
3. Your mind only responds to two things ever. The pictures you make in your head and the words you say to yourself.
To make change permanent you have to make the unfamiliar familiar, and the familiar unfamiliar, you do this by practice, practice, and practice.
After your session you will receive a personalised hypnotherapy recording. We suggest you listen to it each day for 21 days. This is usually enough time to make something new, familiar.

I didn't know where to turn to and remembered I had seen a Facebook post for Wellness Windsor.It was such a relief to see they could possibly help with what I was suffering with. I was a little nervous to start with but Clare put me right at ease and after explaining the whole process and how it worked I felt a lot more comfortable and relaxed as the session started. What Clare helped me understand and realise about myself through hypnotherapy has been such an integral part in my journey of recovery. I just didn't understand why I was reacting the way I did and after one session with Clare I had a whole new perspective to my emotions, feelings and thoughts. Well, 21 days in post the initial session with Clare… I have listened to the recording without fail every night, every night something different popped up despite it being the same recording.
How do I feel about the experience? Well to be fair if it had existed 10, 15, 20+ years ago I wish it had been available. Obviously, everyone is different but in my case it has really worked and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clare or RTT.
In the 21 days following the initial consultation I have felt more relaxed than I have in a very very long time; have faced very stressful situations at work that would have caused me huge panic and anxiety issues in the past. These situations I dealt with feeling no panic\anxiety or stress. In fact the results have been life changing, I feel more relaxed than I have ever been, am more productive at home and work and to be free of the horrible feelings of panic and anxiety is just life changing!!
In summary I would absolutely recommend RTT and Clare!!! I cannot thank her enough!

OK, 4 months since my session with Clare Baxendale, still listen to the recording every now and then but pretty much 100% free of panic and anxiety!!! :) Tomorrow I shall be going to see something that I have wanted to do but couldn't due to panic\anxiety for a decade or more. Will be sat with 2000 people I don't know, in a location I don't know but now with panic and anxiety firmly dealt with I shall watch Joe Perry and Sean Murphy do battle at the 2020 Snooker Masters.... As a grown man, it really bothered me that I would always bite my nails whenever I was stressed or under pressure. No matter what I tried, I frustratingly never managed to solve the bad habit on my own. So that's when I turned to Mariola to help. I found her very reassuring before and during our session and she put me at ease immediately. Following the session I felt a shift and certainly no desire to bite my nails. It is now nearly three months and I can report no nail biting, just strong, beautiful nails. Exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend working with Mariola.

I came across a post on Facebook for Wellness Windsor at a time when I was desperate to find help for my teenage daughter who was suffering with severe anxiety. Her anxiety was so chronic that it was presenting in physical symptoms, she experienced daily panic attacks, many of them followed by sickness, she was losing weight and not sleeping well. Social media especially was exacerbating the situation. As a parent, I had almost run out of steam trying to support her and the knock on effect on the entire family was evident. When I first spoke with Clare on the phone, I was instantly reassured by her voice, tone and approach. RTT seemed too good to be true but given our desperation we were ready to try anything. After a few phone conversations we met with Clare face to face and were further reassured; there is something almost angelic about her, you instantly feel that everything is going to be ok, she makes you feel completely relaxed and at ease. My daughter listened to her recording every night for the recommended 21 days, going to sleep every evening with Clare's voice and words was such a comfort and brought clarity to her frantic mind. During those 21 days we had good days and not so good days but overall my daughter was definitely making progress in the right direction very quickly; she is now completely transformed, truly incredible after months of struggling. When/if she has little setbacks (an incident/unkind comment at school for example), she is so much more robust at dealing with them, she can quickly find perspective with her emotions, thoughts and feelings, and move on. If need be she will listen to Clare's recording again which is almost like pressing the "reset" button. Clare's recording is something she can carry with her through the rest of her life now, it is a toolkit to help her navigate through any anxiety episodes going forward. To say that Clare's help has been life changing is an understatement, I cannot recommend Clare and RTT enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing us light and sunshine after so many stormy days xxx

I first contacted Wellness Windsor in January 2020 and was introduced to Clare. I was suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome after the loss of my wife . I was struggling coming to come to terms with my emotions and grief and needed help to move on ! Apart from a long conversation with Clare I only had one very long consultation at her clinic where I was semi hypnotised which was very relaxing. Clare recorded a personal message for me which I played under instruction for 21 days . After this period I feel much better coping with life and am much happier, sleeping better, enjoying life and moving on. Clare has such a calming voice and I am so grateful for what she has done for me . I would highly recommend the treatment that she can offer.
